Summary of the intersessional thematic consultations on Articles 4 to 11 and interactive discussion (cont'd).

The open-ended intergovernmental working group (OEIGWG) to elaborate an international legally binding instrument to regulate, in international human rights law, the activities of transnational corporations and other business enterprises, will hold its eleventh session, from 20 to 24 October 2025 in Geneva, at the Palais des Nations, Room XVI.
